Update to ExperienceChange Lakeview – October 2009
We’ve been hearing a lot of great feedback on ExperienceChange Lakeview, which we launched earlier this year. We heard from hospitals and facilitators on the need to tweak some language and to provide users more debrief information and we’re responding with this update.
